Credits and legal notices

This site, in accordance with the French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, is the property of the University of Rennes 1. Its purpose is to present the missions and activities of the ENIGMA ITN.

Intellectual property, right of reproduction, hypertext links

The general structure as well as the software, texts, animated or non-animated images, sounds, know-how and all other elements composing the site are the exclusive property of the University of Rennes 1 or are regularly exploited under licence. This entire site is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic or photographic representations.

Any total or partial electronic reproduction of this site without the express permission of the University of Rennes 1 is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code (CPI), unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reproduction on paper of the pages of this site is authorised unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to compliance with the following conditions:

  • respect for the integrity of the documents reproduced,
  • explicit citation of the origin: “Université de Rennes 1” and mention that reproduction rights are reserved and limited,
  • free of charge.

The databases appearing on this site are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the CPI the directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
